I took my 2 and a half year old for a treat at Milkey Lane last Monday, 17 June 2013. What a dissapointment!! I said she could choose any flavour ice-cream from the Take Away section and there was not one flavour available!!
The waiter said, sorry we are out of stock of everything, the only flavour was soft serve! But to add to the "shock"... the dirty, empty, hard ice cream was still sitting in the containers in the fridge! It looked disgusting! I even took photo's!
I then asked for a large milkshake and was told, sorry no large containers available either. We left with one small milkshake (only containers available) and one very dissapointed toddler.
0/10 for service = waiter didnt seem to phased that there was no icecream flavours available or containers
0/10 for stock availability = no icecream and no large containers...?
0/10 for cleanliness = the disgusting dirty icecream containers were such a put off - would hate to see what it looks like in the back kitchen, probably filthy.
