I did to complain now for a long time but always think okay maybe next time the service will get better. the cape gate branch (drive through) branch always have a lont queue you actually get faster food when getting into the take away shop than with the drive through. its now been almost every week that the ice cream machine is broken. they dont put a notice on the board before you go into the drive through then you have to wait for more than 30 minutes just to hear the ice cream machine is out of order. they always have the order wrong. or just give you something else than you have ordered not telling you they out of stock. dont know what is going on there i have complained to the manager too a few times before.. but no approvement! is this the new south africa with bad service everywhere???
