To whom it may concern
I have previously complained about this specific KFC franchise. Tonight (after I stopped going there for quite some time) I gave them the benefit of the doubt and pulled into the drive through.
At first I asked if they had milkshake (because at this KFC it is not a given) and the lady replied with: "Yes we do". I then ordered a Double take and a vanilla milkshake. After I paid she came back and said that only chocolate milkshake was available and if I still would like to buy a milkshake. My obligated reply was yes.
When I got to the "collection window" I waited for a view minutes and then the man behind the counter informed me again that there was no vanilla milkshake - I told him that I've been informed and waited some more. He then returned and told me the milkshake/ice-cream machine was broken (yet again). Then I had to wait further so he can go and figure out whether he can reimburse me or not.
I can't understand why this "machine" can't be fixed or replaced. Otherwise a sign should be put up that states: "We are sometimes out of burgers, occasionally out of chicken and mostly out of ice-cream, but please do come and try your luck again"
