Last night, we decided to treat the kids to ice cream at our local KFC. When we got to the collecting point at the drive-thru, Mantoa asked us if we ordered Cappachino to which we said no. After having had issues with orders before, I tried to confirm the order with her. Her attitude when I corrected her on an item was disgusting.
She called out that we ordered a chocolate Sundae and I had asked for plain ice cream in a cup. She insisted that it was "plain chocolate Sundae". I'm sorry, I don't quite see how a plain ice cream in a cup could be assumed as a chocolate Sundae. She not only made us look stupid but she was rude and walked away whilst we were trying to sort the issue out.
