In December my family and i went to the beach at big bay. we then wanted ice cream - so went to the kfc to get a soft serve - to be told the machine was out of order, this was the sateray. On the Sunday we were back at the beach and the machine was still out of order.
IN January we went to back to KFC for ice creams - machine was still out of order. Yesterday we went back - and the machine was still not working.
PLease explain how in summer, in one of the busiest areas, the ice cream machine is always out of order - how much revenue is this branch loosing?
That aside, i am the one who has to explain to a two year old - why he cant have an ice cream - he doesnt understand that the machine is out of order.
I'll wait for Kfc to get back to me - hopefully it doesnt take as long as it takes them to get the ice cream machine fixed.
