I have been to green stone Milky lane 3 times over the last 3 weeks, and 3 weeks ago, we enquired about a Cake for my daughters Birthday.
i was told then to come on the Wednesday before the Party on Saturday.
when i was there a week ago i enquired again and was told the same thing by the same person.
On Saturday 12/10/2013 i went there with my little one and friend and we ate, at which point i asked and was confirmed again that if i came through on Wednesday and placed the order the cake would be ready for Saturday morning. ( At no point in any single conversation was any time on Wednesday mentioned).
I get through after work today to pay for the cake and ensure all is in good order, and the same guy that has told me for the last 3 weeks to be here on Wednesday tells me straight away, that because i was not there before 12 o clock? they cant help me?
know i beg to ask? Is Milky Lane Green stone doing that well and as a group is the company succeeding that well that they can just turn a customer away who is willing to spend over R300 on a cake?
i assume so?
so moving forward i will never use this company for anything again, and ensure everyone i know does the same.
