On Friday, 4/10/2013 I visited Milky Lane Bluff and spoke to Busi about having a party for my 8yr old, I told her I wanted an ice cream cake n asked if they catered for parties, she advised she would gt back to me, but I placed the order for the cake upon which she gave me a receipt. She also advised me, on asking, that I could not bring snacks and things for the kids due to Halal outlet. I asked if a menu plan can be created, she said no, I agreed to her terms.on Sunday I phone to ask advise that seeing they cannot provide a menu or I can't bring eats for the kids, is it possible to bring in a baked cake as the kids cannot eat icecream cake n shakes n sundaes, she agreed to cancel the cake. I had by now given out the invites to the kids, when without prior warning, as I was walking into the Bluff centre, was recognized by Busi and beckoned to see her owners, who told me I cannot bring my own cake, no food, no snacks, but could only have the party there if I buy the icecream cake, I off course ranted and raved for such unproffessional service, only to be told calm down, which aggrevated me further, there was no remorse shown, no understanding shown, total lack of respect by laughing after me
