My husband went thru their drive thru to purchase a meal, he was not informed about certain things like he had an option with salad dressing when purchasing a salad, and they had given him old brownies with the avalanche he purchased, when he asked about the items that he requested they just didnt care, i complained and the matter was resolved or so i thought, their manager Chantelle called me and informed me that they would replaced everything i had complained about and she apologized for any inconvenience, i then asked my husband to collect the specific food items that she had agreed to, when he got there he went thru their drive thru again, since they were well aware that he would be coming to them, he got at the window of the drive thru, and explained why he was there, the women at the window who`s name is Nicole told him very abruptly and with very bad attitude to get off her timer and go into the store and get what he wanted, which he did and also then went to address the manager about her staff being soooo rude.
I`ve had nothing but bad experiences at this store at Avonwood square, their staff is rude and very bad mannered, they hardly Greet or are Curtious, Disgusting!!!
