Nandos Ballito needs to up their game

Last night we visited Nandos& there was no front end cashier to assist us. After a 5 minute wait I decided to speak to one of the 3 Nandos staff members scurrying around the front packing meals for the drive through I assumed as there was only one other customer in store. The drive through was moving at a snails pace hence us opting to purchase over the counter.

I finally got the attention of the Nandos staff member closest to me who was the cashier and she asked us to give her a minute. The cashier took our order. We were in the store for 10 minutes at this point. Then we were informed that the speedpoint was out of order for a while so only cash would be accepted. I asked why she didn't tell us that before taking the order and she apologized for forgetting to do so. We had no cash. I asked to speak to the manager. Deon must have been the manager but he didnt even greet us o even utter a word to us. He just fiddled around with the speedpoint. Then it was my husband who suggested he use the drive through speedpoint because Deon was not winning. I told Deon about our experience since arrival to no avail.
The cherry on the top was that we were given some weird rolls NOT Portugese rol
