My daughter, daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren and I paid a visit to Primi Restaurant at Lifestyle on Thursday. It was not busy when we arrived, but the service was VERY slow. The drinks took ages to arrive. I ordered a salad with no dressing (due to allergies), my daughter asked for her salad dressing on the side. When our food arrived, both dishes had dressing poured over them which soaked right through the salad, so I sent mine back. My daughter-in-law's meal hadn't yet arrived. When my meal was replaced it was free of dressing, however, the waiter advised that my daughter-in-law's meal would be coming soon - her order had been GIVEN TO THE MANAGER as he had ordered the same meal for his lunch! Eventually her meal arrived - it seems customers do NOT come first in that establishment! We also had to ask for cutlery when the meals arrived.
