I am a regular Kfc Savannah Polokwane customer and I have had such bad experiences with this particular branch that I don't want to support them anymore.
When we purchase food there, we are told not to park where we take our orders, but instead we have to park before the window because they have to get their "timer" rating down. And if we park on the designated spot the staff tend to be unfriendly and arrogant. Whilst they take our order we are also told to stay stationary becasue they will also bring the food to us and we just drive past the collection window. I believe that this is very unprofessional and this becasue they want to get the "timer" rating down. Instead we actually wait longer for our food to arrive and are also constantly told not to drive forward when we wait. This has been an ongoing problem for us ans we want to bring this to management's attention.
