Complaint 1: It is shocking how bad service has gotten on the drive thru at Mcdonald's Bloemfontein, I waited 14 min for my order, after they have asked me to park in front and that they will bring it to me!!! What is the use of a drive thru if you ask your customers to park in front and wait for their food??
Complaint 2: Why are the staff always getting the orders wrong at the drive thru?? Should the customer unpack the entire bag in the car and check. It is so disappointing after leaving and the order was wrong and then I have to accept it!
Please train staff to pay better attention. It isn't rocket science.
