I went to the McDonalds drive thru, once again as normally happens to me, they ask me to go and park and they will bring my order to me as they still had to do one more Grand Chicken Meal. This is not the first time and is normal for this McDonald. However after ten minutes no one had come to my car to give me the order. The rest of the order was now getting cold.
I got out of my car and went into McDonalds, the order had not even been made up, no apology and the people working there did not speak English or acknowledge me, I handed my slip to a lady who had someone else food and she shouted at some people.
My order had not even been made up yet.
No apologies were made and the packet was slapped down in front of me and nothing was said.
I left feeling very angry. I spent R232.00 at the drive thru.
Poor service and bad attitude.
