I have complaint about this issue so many times with the branch already, but just nothing changes. There is not once that I wait for less than 15min in the drive-through for my order and most of the time my order will be wrong too. The last time I was there was on Wed 1 May. We were waiting for 10min in the queue when I decided to go iinside to get my order. It was a nightmare, more of a sircus! Staff running around like headless chickens, customers standing in a long queue waiting other customer complaining! there were 2 other customers in there from the drive-through, one complaining abouth wrong order, the other waiting for her order for 10min and she kept getting the wrong order (she eventually cancelled the entire order and asked her money back). This is so bad, I will NEVER return to this branch again!! Not even the manageress on duty that day appologised, just complained to her staff that she is fed-up of being the person getting all the complaints! Please do go to McDonalds and learn from them how things should be done to give your customers FAST, EFFICIENT SERVICE!
