This has happened on so many occasions, I go to the Drive thru, order, pay and then asked to go and park and they will bring me the food. Why should I wait for my food at a drive thru whereas it's supposed to be a 24hrs service. I suspect that they are sleeping because I always go after 00:00am. Even now I am told that the system is down I had to wait 15min before placing my order. Why is the food not ready. I am consistently disappointed with Mac Donalds. Not just Hilfox but various mcdonalds (Wilrogate) always tell me to wait. This is unacceptable. Managers please check on your staff during these hours.
No ice cream also, my fries are cold. Highly Dissapointed. :-(
