On Tuesday the 1st of October I visited KFC Bellville. The person in front of us at the drive through, drove away when he was told he has to wait 20 minutes for chicken. When we enquired the waiting time, we were told 1 and a half minute!! We placed our order and was told at the pay window that there was a waiting time of 20 minutes for mash and gravy, and were offered coleslaw, which we excepted. After 20 minutes waiting, without any communication from the staff we finally received our meal. We politely asked for extra chilli salt and were told "Everything you need is in the bag". The lady at the collections window was extremely abrupt and oblivious to our complaints. We are shocked at the service that KFC gives, obviously they do not value customer service.
