We arrived at the at 21:38.We placed our order for 3 Fully Loaded Box Meals. 1 With no garnish and 1 cooldrink selected as a Coke Zero. When we ordered our food, we were told that we will wait 10 minutes for the chicken. We drove to the window where we needed to pay. When we got to the collections window, we waited 10 minutes before someone rudely came and asked us what we are waiting for. She then said to us that they are short staffed and cannot be everywhere at once. She also informed us that we will not have mash in our box meal as they are out of stock. She did not give us an alternative option. We asked for a mini loaf extra in replacement to the mash but were told that we can only get some more chips. We then parked in front of the store and waited SOME MORE!!! After we got out at 22:00 to query why the food is taking so long, the food was standing on the counter but had to ask for the order. We then got two coke zeros instead of two normal cokes and one coke zero. The chips were old, oily and unspiced. The chicken was tasteless and had garnish on all burgers. I demand a full refund as you are in breach of the Customer Protection Act!!!
