Good Day, On Sunday evening we decided to drive through to KFC Orange Grove, I knew exactly what I wanted, 8 piece streetwise which came with gravy, I also wanted mash and coleslaw with it and some coldrinks (quite a large order), Your cashier says to me, no you cant add anything to that, I thought ok, give me 8 pieces of chicken with mash and gravy and coleslaw, here comes the thing now, she says to me, oh the chicken is finished, you have to wait 20 minutes, if your staff can see the chicken is running out, put more on, you don't wait for it to run out, I am in retail and have been for over 20 years so I am trying to understand your business sense, Anyway I went to another franchise to get dinner (personally nothing beats home cooking) but I promise I wont bother your staff again, oh btw I was kept waiting while your staff 'preferred to serve other customers of non european origin ahead of me' I promise you that dosent bother me but I don't need to feel that I am being done any favours instead of there JOB
