Horrible service

I went to The Sandwich Baron drive thru at Cresta this morning and was shocked at the horrible service I received. The employee at the window had no idea what was going on when asked if he had a specific sandwich he stared at me blankly and nodded unsurely. I then waited there for about two minutes until asked if I would like a sandwich or a french loaf or a foot long. It was then another two minutes before asking if it was white or brown bread. I then paid for the meal after waiting almost 5 minutes to be told the price and I was still unsure if he even understood what I had said. I drove to the next window and waited there for 10 minutes before getting my food without anyone letting me know what was going on. This is UNACCEPTABLE how can I sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes with no communication. If someone from overseas came to that Sandwich Baron they would think we were a third world country with no idea what was going on. You cannot have someone who is so bad at customer service working with customers.
