There has been MANY poor experiences with this particular KFC, from staff with bad attitudes to long waiting periods for food to be delivered, but this has to be the worst. Going through a drive through, placing an order, to be told that they only have wings and drumsticks (odd considering chicken is the specialty of this franchise), ordered my meal nonetheless (trans#165927), after waiting behind ONE person for what felt like 30 minutes, to finally get to the collection window and be told that not only is the order not ready... there is NO chicken. Kentucky Fried CHICKEN with no chicken... what kind of pathetic excuse for service is that??? Service failure at it's peak!!! NOT a place I would recommend ANYONE to.
