On Sunday 22 Sept, my partner and i went for breakfast. We had a waiter who was too busy doing his own thing talking to other staff members, so Lionel the manager came and took our order. Our food arrived about 19 minutes later and the order had been mixed up thanks to the waiter Randley. We sorted everything out and started eating. I had a hair in my food, which Lionel saw as he was standing right there at the time. I was fine and just removed it, the next piece of food was also full of hair, i told the waiter, he said its not his problem. Lionel changed my meal, but when it came it wasnt what i ordered. The drinks were brought. The glass was digusting, with chocolate at the bottom and oil floating on the soda itself. My drinks order was messed up and i ended up payning for the waiters mistake. The general service that i received was appauling.
