On Saturday me and my Fiance went to Mountain Spring Spur in Nelspruit. We ordered our breakfast at 10:40, our drinks have arrived but not our food, its the small breakfast so it cant take that long. At 11:30 the Manager approaches us and asked if we ordered any food and we told her we gave the food order among with the drinks order. At 11:40 we get our food but there was a hair in my Fiances egg and there was a hair in my bacon. I was so disgusted I just wanted to leave but the manager told us she would get fresh food again for us. I have never experienced such bad service in my life from Spur and sure that they wont see me again for a while.
