My husband and I went to our local Spur (Tucson) for their famous breakfast on Saturday - 31/08.When we arrived at 10:50am we asked the waiter if they are still serving breakfast and he answered that they were. We were seated and immediatelty ordered a juice and a cappacino and 2 special breakfasts. After 20 min we realised that we still have not received our drink order. A few minutes later, the drinks arrived at our table.30 min after receiving our drinks, we called the waiter to ask when we will be getting our breakfast order. She said she will check with the kitchen as she was under the impression that it was sent already??? 10 min later the "manager" walked passed our table and said that "HOPEFULLY you will receive your food soon". Needless to say, after an hour of waiting (with NO update from the waiter or manager or an explanation as to why we have not received our food) we asked for the bill and left. This is unacceptable as no one apologised or offered an explanation for the lack of service. The Spur was not busy at all. I know for a fact that there were a few unhappy clients that day!!! PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!
