On 22 Sep we went to the KFC in Melkbos. We said yes 2 donate 2 charity and the teller deducted twice the amount that we had said. This was a debit card transaction and we decided to not say anything as it would be an effort 2 correct it. We ordered a coke & coke zero but they had not indicated which was the Zero. The teller merely said that she doesnt know and that she forgot 2 indicate. Once again, we didntt feel like causing a scene so we left it. We checked the food before we left because we had only had bad service from that particular branch in the past. As expected, they had the order wrong. My fiance ordered a breast & zinger burger. They gave him a wing and colonel burger. He took it back & they exchanged it. We checked the food again & they had given a colonel burger AGAIN! I took it back & told the manager that its ridiculous. When we had already travelled far i opened my burger to find that the chicken fillet was so small it literally covered only half the roll! We were already far and it was not worth going back for them to sort it out. This entire experience is unacceptable
A standard response from you will not be good enough - i expect this to be rectified.
