15 family members went to this establishment on Sunday 20 January to celebrate my sons birthday. The food was disgusting to put it mildly. The service was non existent, we had to continously ask for more cutlery and serviettes. We were sort of served by a waitress called Debbie. My son recieved some cash for his birthday which was in envelopes and then put in a larger gift bag, which we stupidly put under the table at our feet. A manager asked us to move from our seats after the Arsenal and Chelsea game as a jazz band had to set up where we were sitting. We decided to pay the bill and leave. On the way home we realised we left the gift bag behind. I immediately phoned the place to be on the look out for the gift bag. He said he would phone me back which he never did, in the meantime I drove back to the place. I found the manager and the waitress Debbie- who had cleared the tables. She said she found nothing, but seemed very uneasy and looked very suspicious. I f you ever got to this place keep your belongings on you as they do not do security checks on their staff. Where was Jacques? I would really appreciate if a senior member from their head office would contact me.
