NO SERVICE

My family and I decided to treat ourselves to a good Wimpy meal. We were seated, and the waitress took our drink order as well as my childs food order. My husbands and mine drink came with my childs food. her milkshake did not come for quite some time. The manager came to our table and asked if everything was fine, we informed her that our child was waiting for her shake and we wanted to place our food order. the manager said that the other tables have been served and we will be attended to soon. (as a manager she should have taken our order). when our waitress did come rushing with the shake she put it down and disappeared. We never got to order our food. When I tried to tell the manager after I paid for the bad service, she blamed the system and basically brushed me off. I do not blame the waitress as she was clearly over whelmed and management did not step in and try help with the tables and orders. Is that not what managers are supposed to do, not just stand in the store and "over see" the store. I understand a store can get busy as it is a new store. but this lack of service is unacceptable for a branded name as Wimpy.
