THAT CHARGE FOR FOOD BUT U DONT GET IT

Send my mother of over 70 and my wife to MUGG AND BEAN CARNIVAL MALL for a breakfast so i could get time to catch up with work. THIS TOOK 55MIN for the food to ARRIVE then when it gets there and u get home with your take away cause who would eat at a place that takes 55min. WHEN u open the take away HALF THE ORDER IS NOT THERE but u get charge R80 ONE TAKE AWAY then when u try PHONE THEM NOBODY BUT NOBODY PICKS THE PHONE UP I am a regular customer and im shocked how my mother and wife was treated this morning for the price u pay for food with u and yet u think u have the right to FROM ME and THEN HIDE LIKE A DOG...
