Your service as owner, (not your waitress), was disgusting. You were rude and non-attentive to the booking.
The tables were not set, no table cloths, no cutlery or wine glasses when we arrived- for a booking arranged for than 1 month prior. We had 1 waitress allocated for 20 people?
Cutlery and food came out in drips and drabs. All food was arranged to be served at one time. Then when it did come out, there was no cutlery to eat the food with??
We were certainly not offered enough food for the amount paid towards the catering. Working with a budget of R55.00 per head is not unreasonable, yet the food was not enough. None of the guests will go back to the venue after the experience on Saturday.
