I called Debonairs Rivonia on the 14th of September 2013, made my order and SPECIFICALLY asked the cashier to bring the machine on delivery. First of all, to my horror after waiting almost and hour and half the driver arrived, with NO machine and the incorrect number on the slip so he had been driving around for 15min because Doreen didnt bother to get the number right. I then called again to make payment via card telephonically to whom i spoke to Miriam, who took my card details when i specifically asked her to take off my portion as it was a group purchasing the pizzas. She then put the ENTIRE amnt off my card when i asked not too. On top of waiting so long and getting horrible service from the team, I had to still pay a delivery charge. I am appalled at the lack of detail and pure lack of concern that was showed by both Doreen and Miriam. I plan on never ordering from Debonairs, Rivonia
