Where to start?!
I ordered a chicken tripple decker and told the cashier 3 times, yes 3 times, to bring a card machine with.
After 45 minutes, 4 calls to the delivery guy that entered the wrong complex, the pizza arrived.

The dot on the box was black and NO CARD MACHINE. I called the branch and spoke to the manager named Sipho. He told me that he will send another driver with a machine. I told Sipho that the policy clearly states that, if the dot is black, the pizza is free. i would have given the delivery guy the money if he brought the card machine with regardless. Sipho then said that I can get the pizza for free but the money would then be deducted from the delivery guy's salary. They get paid R2000 a month and now he must pay for my pizza?? I don't think so.

I told Sipho that they can shove the pizza.

What a joke. Why don't you guys open a circus?
