Debonairs charged us twice for pizza

On Thursday 28 February we ordered pizza from Debonairs in Overport. After being told the delivery can only be made in an hour, i sent my son to collect and called them to cancel the delivery and xplained that we will collect as the reason. When he got there they asked him to pay for the pizza and then, without giving him a source document told him the order will be ready in 4 minutes. He then went to the Spar that is 100m from Debonairs. On his return 5 minutes later he was then told the pizza has already left with their driver who will deliver it to my home. The driver then came to my home and wanted the money for the pizza that has already been paid for prior to him getting the goods for delivery.
My wife, unaware that my son already paid, then paid the driver again for the order. We called the branch as soon as my son got back home and was told the driver will bring the money back. We waited until 22:00 that evening and nobody came with the money.

We called twice today, Friday 1 March 2013, and was told the money would be returned. This was 3 hours ago last and we're still waiting. This is very unprofessional and constitutes and.
