This is not the first time I have received a late delivery by Debonairs and it has not only been by the Banbury store, from Weltevredenpark too. Why do the stickers still remain red. I placed my order in the morning for delivery at 12:50. I phoned at 12:15 to confirm delivery will be done before 13:00 and they assured me it would. At 12:50 they confirmed the driver had left and is on his way.By 12:15 it was still not delivered. Eventually by 12:20/25 the driver came in saying he was late because he had another delivery to do. We had 8 trainees, staff and managers standing wiating for their lunch from 13:00 asking me what the delay is. And to top it off the card machine he brought did not work. Its now 14:00 and I am still waiting for the receipt for the credit card payment. I refuse to order from Debonairs again, regardless of which branch it is because I am let down over and over again with late deliveries and unjustified excuses.
