We ordered pizzas from Debonairs Gezina in Pretoria telephonically on Friday afternoon, 01 March 2013. The order was paces at 17:28. After two calls asking them what is taking so long, and getting some lame excuses at 19:50 I phoned them again and informed them to cancel the order immediately. We went to another pizza place in our area, once we walked back to our car with our new freshly backed pizzas, the delivery guy called me and said he is at the gate!! This was now at 20:15, MORE THAN TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER!!! THIS IS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE... Will never ever support Debonairs in Gezina again! Useless management, incompetent staff, delivery guys.
