I placed an order at 11:06, it's 12:30 and my food only arrived now. Even on the slip the time is 11:06 and i don't believe it takes so long to make a pizza.
I phone Debonairs at 11:30 to find out if the driver has left because i wanted to add on the delivery but i was told he already left, and that was at 11:30. See i'm in lynnwood road and don't understand how the driver can take an hour after leaving to deliver the pizza. And then when he gets here he didn't't even bring the cool drink, and i needed to pay for it anyway because it was on the slip.
And then the pizza gets here it's half burned and it's cold.
This upsets me allot because we make use of Debonairs allot and then we get this service. I believe you need to keep your customers happy and not give disappointment like this. This is not acceptable!!!
