Horrible service - bad attitude

Placed an order for R150 at 11:17am, driver arrived at 1:32pm. No correspondence from store to notify me about the delay. On the order slip I had specified "please bring a card machine" and the driver showed me this slip with "please bring card machine" and suprise! he had no card machine. Called the store to find out what took so long, they said that they should have called and told me there's a delay on the pizza.

Then I asked them why they had not sent a card machine as requested and they told me that they do not send the machine and they said they should have also told me this when the order was placed.

After much debate over the phone, the manager shouted to the Lady chatting to me, "IF HE DOESN'T WANT IT SEND IT, HE MUST SEND IT BACK". Being absolutely disgusted, I sent the order back without hesitation.

We don't ever plan on ordering from Kensington again - this was for a corporate company and after only the 2nd delivery Debonairs Kensington has not failed to disappoint.
