I bought a KFC bucket on Sunday morning, 25 August 2013 at KFC in Grayston Drive, Sandton. I had people over for lunch and was very embarrassed by the chicken that we received!

I phoned KFC Sandton City now to confirm what pieces of chicken I should have received in the bucket and was informed: 1 centre breast, 5 breast, 5 thighs, 5 drumsticks and 5 wings.

What I received was: 7 centre breasts!! 5 breasts, 3 thighs, 4 drumsticks, 2 wings

I am totally appalled by this. If I did not have visitors, I would have taken it back to the store for a refund. I will not support Grayston Drive ever again. I sincerely hope that KFC will take action. What I received is not what is advertised, nor what I paid for. How can your staff just randomly decide what (Horrible!) pieces which client get. What can I as a consumer do, short of unpacking the whole bucket while in the queue?!

Another thing that annoys me is that the Grayston staff are forever telling me to either move forward or reverse in my car so as not to trigger the sensor that times how long I'm waiting at the window in the drive-through. You really need to attend to this branch - not acceptable and won't see me again!
