I went to McDonalds on Sunday 18 August to buy desert and a snack box for my son. The guy then rung up the stuff incorrectly. I said this is NOT the stuff I wanted and he said its been reversed. Today, I checked with my bank AGAIN and NO reversal was done.
Took a drive there this morning and asked them to put the money back into my account after supplying them with a bank statement to SHOW that it was NOT reversed.
Now I must wait for some recon to be done? I did not recon MY Bank account before paying these people? Why must I wait now???
