OVER CHARGE

Good day Somayya

According to my records, my Mtn Sp account was incorrectly credited yes on the recon it shows a debit?? doesnt make sense, i wish that some1 can see the sense in this error. Why credit my account as well as my bank account then tell me that i never paid March month billing as per Mtn's correspondence. I then provided proof by virtue of a bank statement that proves i paid my account in March via debit order. i am totally annoyed as the recon that was provided to me, doesn't add up.
