Incompetent service

I went to buy streetwise 5 at rossetenville, swiped my credit card and got a notification that my money has left my account to kfc, few minutes later i was asked for my card to be swiped again but i explained to the so called manager Phillip that i cant swipe twice.

he said that i can come back and claim my money, i explained to him again but he failed to prove to me that my money was hasn't left my account. i had to drive to the ATM print out a statement to prove it to him that my money left my account.

i am so angry cause i waisted my money... tome... fuel going up n down.
