Slow Lounge "Benefit" - Don't be caught!!

Dear FNB,
I was extremely disappointed and upset to see how I had recently been billed for a R500 visit to the CT Airport Slow Lounge. I was with an overseas friend who's Quantas card did not work and so I didn't mind using the 2 Free Visits I believed was included with my Platinum Account. The only reason I upgraded to the Platinum account was to use this benefit which you so proudly mention in all your marketing comms. LITTLE did I know how FINE the print really was and that it was purely one of your strategic marketing ploys to sucker us consumers! I met the criteria of money in my account, but had no idea I needed to swipe my CHEQUE card for R5k or more in the following month. NO where was this communicated to me. I sadly found out that I had only swiped over the R2k as most of my payments are electronic, however, when I went away during the proceeding month, I swiped almost R4k on my credit card. Had I known about these ridiculous T's & C's I would've transferred the money into my Cheque account to fit your requirements.. This has left a bad taste in my mouth with FNB and I might as well move back to a Gold Account. "Steve" needs to comm this fine print.
