I went to Mr. Price to buy something, I used my debit card to pay for the shoes. They swiped the debit card and said it did not take the money from my account and I explained to them that it did because it notified me on my cell phone that the money was deducted. They insisted that they will swipe the card again, it did the same thing deducted money from my account but they said they did not receive the money. I was told that the money will be reversed back in my account, but I have not received the money.
I do not like the fact that I was told that if I do not get the money I must go to the bank, I work Monday to Friday and I knock off at 4. Had I not gone into Mr. Price I would not be having this problem. I must suffer because of their speed point that do not function properly, they even told me they will call me to check if the money was reserved, but I did not hear from them.
