Phoned and put me on hold then hung up

I ordered a pizza online after battling to get the mobi "app" which is just a website to work. I then was called by the branch to find out my address when I entered all my details on line, The person on the other line then put the phone on the counter without telling me to hold on, started to speak to someone else for 30 secs then just put the phone down.

I will think twice next time I order pizza
