M Mc donald's biggest customer ever, & i thought it was 1 of the Reastaurants that gives an excellent service & values their customers. yesterday's incident kind of changed my perception though, i felt so small & its people like Mike the Manager who was on duty on the 24th of July 2013 @ 16:50 pm. I walked in as usual & as soon as i walked in a very friendly Cashier welcomed me with a smile & warm greetings, i then said to him i was still checking the Menu coz he was ready to take my order & I on the other side i was still checking the Menu... Mike the Manager who was standing on the right hand side interfered & said "Dont be suprised that's how we are @ Mc we greet people" well what he said doesnt matter but hw he said it, with an attitude is what touched me, well i then asked Thapelo whether it was possible 2 change 2 small burgers & put 2 Big mc's on the Family pack. Thapelo asked Mike who again responded with an attitude & said " that's some sort of a mystery that will never happen" Wow! I then said i wasnt expecting that from a manager but a simple "sorry bt it wont b possible" we exchanged words & i ended up cancelling the order coz i was too upset, please train ur m
