Bad Attitude from Manager, stinky customer service

On the 27/04/13 Me and my Wife were at Menlyn Mall, after shopping, we decided to get take away. My wife ordered Dagwood burger for take away and I was still deciding on the menu then turned to Cashier, name tag (Isabel, Manager) for assistance cause was not sure exactly, so first wanted to compare burgers that maxis offer. her respond was rude, angry, ready to attack tone and facial expression was negative and showing disrespectful with don't care attitude and felt undermined, I'm still struggling to understand how did she become a manager cause she does not have the qualities and understanding of customer services at all. I did not order and wanted to cancel also my wife's order, take my money back and walk away but the black lady on the other cashier (did not take her name) took over the situation and convince me not to, apologies on behalf of her and the business, her attitude was humble and professional, she act like she's the manager (leader) which personally I will say she deserve to be manager. My question is why Maxis degrade their status by people like Isabel? I will like Maxis to take firm action on her. We as customers bring profit and deserve respect and good service
