On Friday 14 June 2013 we ordered from Steers Woodmead. The food took an hour and a half to get to us and when it arrived the food was cold and tasteless. We contacted Steers Woodmead and spoke to the Manager Mike. He arraigned with us to give us our full order on Tuesday 18 June 2013 FREE OF CHARGE. On Tuesday 18 June 2013 I contacted him reminding him what the arrangement was. Our order was placed. - 30 minutes later our food arrived and Mike the Manager delivered it to us himself.. So I just want to say THANK YOU MIKE for your quick and friendly assistance. YOU ARE GREAT!!
