Mr Mike Price has to be the most genuine and excellent manager that the retail industry has. It is through people like him that excellent customer service still does exists. I recently had a query between my bank and game and initially I assumed that it was Games error. I visited the trade route branch and was assisted by Mr Mike Price, branch manager who was very willing to assist and gave me satisfying customer service in minutes. Well done Mike I wish there were more people like you. Mike really deserves recognition for his dedication and commitment towards Games clients.
