No Customer Focus

As a regular customer to Spur, i was horrified by the complete disregard for their customers, at the River Hawk Spur on Thursday 25 July 2013. My fiancee and I decided that we would treat ourselves to all you can eat ribs, for Date night. We arrived at River Hawk Spur around 7:20pm and waited at the 'reception' for a good 10 minutes. We were not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff. The staff all seemed involved in their own business. Another customer who happened to be waiting alongst us was the only 'contact' we had, and told us that their was a waiting list and that we needed to speak to the waiter who was hiding around the corner. On trying to track him down - he was nowhere to be found. In disgust, we promptly left and went to the Spur in Brightwater Comms. We were very warmly greeted and within the first 10mins had been seated and our orders for both drinks and food taken, despite the Spur being almost fully booked. Seems River Hawk need to do some urgent work in terms of customer focus and satisfaction. I will be sure to not be going back to them at any time in the near future. A pity given our love for Spur, the food and the general vibe that you would expect!
