Rude, and bad attitude

Went there today. Wanted to order a Family treat, was the lady at the Till. When i ordered a side, she spoke a language i did not understand to another staff member. When the gentleman answered her, she just looked at me. When i said if i have that side, she just looked at me and said 'Its on the menu but its not on the system', so i said can i order it, she rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. when i decided to carry on but order something else, completely ignored me when another lady pushed in front of the line, put change on the counter and wanted to order something WHILE she was helping me. I then decided to walk out. I then changed my mind and decided I wanted to speak to the manager. When i asked to speak to the manager, she acted as if she did not understand me. eventually i just waited and just demanded to speak to a manager. Violet then came 5 minutes later as the manager. She had a 'I do not care' attitude. I doubt she is the manager as she could not resolve the issue i had. Pretty bad service at this KFC lately, but this is the straw. I felt like there was prejudice against me. If this KFC wishes so, i will Rather spend my cash elsewhere.
