Firstly, Phelisa did not greet us/serve with a smile. We placed an order for 3 packets of wings the decided to add a forth one. Now we asked if it would be cheaper to buy the 8 in 1 packs instead of two 4's in 1 pack. Her answer was "I DONT KNOW". Then she even and said she cannot reverse the transaction coz she has already puched it in her till. Now i know for a fact that's not true. Voids can be done anywhere. She wasnt eager to call her manager to do the reversal either. She then gave the slip&walked away. About 2 minutes later, she calls out the order number while looking the opposite direction. Strange how there where only two customers inside the store at the time that she supposedly forgot who the order was for. Still we were standing at her till because she didnt give any directon. We asked if our order is ready & she said "I have been shouting your order for long". That was a simple question which deserved a simple YES/NO. We then asked to speak to her manager (Sizwe Mtintsilana) whom she also showed no respect or sense of remorse but instead was talking back being cheeky. The service we received from her is appolong. We didn't go there to be ridiculed.
