I was at KFC in Kempton Park, the one which close to the train station. I wait in the queue which I don't mind that but then the person who assisted me is so rude. Her name is Patience, she didn't even greet, or make eye contact with me. It was as if I was one of a nuisance to her, she just went straight to the order didn't even as if there was anything else I would like to order. I ussually buy my breakfast at that kfc and I've never experienced such a bad service. Kfc is a big company but if we get that poor customer service we will take our money else where. Please do something about customer service, just greeting and smiling for the customer goes along way.
